Call Our Team of Experts
If you’ve had enough of a cold or hot home and want to fix the problem, the first step towards doing so is to call our experienced team of professionals. You will speak with a passionate specialist who is knowledgeable in all areas of insulation.
This team member will find out more about your project, including all of your requirements.
Step 2
Written Estimate
After you’ve first been in contact with our qualified team, we will provide you with ideas on how to improve your home while at the same time achieving more energy efficiency.
A written estimate will explain this. The estimate depends on the information you have provided to our team and also includes pictures you have sent to our team.
Step 3
In Home Assessment
After we have sent you a written estimate and you are satisfied with moving forward, we will arrange a convenient time for one of our fully qualified specialist to meet you in your home. We will assess your current insulation and if you wish thoroughly assess your home’s complete energy needs. Our specialist will discuss with you any energy inefficient areas that we identified and explain what can be done to address these.
Step 4
Final Quote
After we have assessed your home we will provide a final written quote, In most cases, the cost of the job is what we estimated or less. If our specialist identified other areas within your home that could or should be addressed we will include these items, individually priced and explained in our detailed quote. Although detailed, the quote is to the point and very easy to understand giving you the option to decide if you would like all, some or none of these areas addressed.
Step 5
Time Scheduled for the Work
Once all of your queries have been addressed and you are happy to begin the work, it will be scheduled for the next available date. This timeframe will take into consideration all of the other ongoing work that needs to be completed before insulation.
The duration of the work ultimately depends on the size of your space.
Step 6
Installation Work
Our installation team will arrive promptly on the chosen date. We will introduce ourselves and get to work with minimal disruption to your family or business’s daily operations.
You can trust our team to complete the insulation project correctly, cleaning up after ourselves.
Step 7
Efficient Installation Process
As professional insulation specialists, we ensure that the work is completed in a safe and cordoned-off area within your home or business.
This is made possible as we mainly access the roof from the outside. Work is completed efficiently by blocking off particular areas until that section is done.
Step 8
Project Completion
We remain on-site and fully accessible for consultation if you have any queries regarding the progress and the process surrounding your particular project.
Our on-site team leader will advise you when the work is completed and ensure that all the lights, exhaust fans, and other items attached to the ceiling are still functioning as they should.
Step 9
Before and After Photos
As you may not be able to see in your roof we will send you photo’s of your roof space before, during and after we have completed the work along with the final invoice for the job. Our full time installers take pride in the work they do and we like to show you the results of their hard work.
Step 10
Handover
We ensure that the work is completed to the required standards and regulations and that you reach your goal of achieving energy efficiency.
After this, you can sit back and enjoy a warmer home in the winter and a cooler home in the summer.
